Yep I am in love... Shhh don't tell!

my.new.place

There is no place like home and honestly I never thought I would call somewhere home other than where my roots are in Park City. Of course that will always be home, but lately this place has become my home, my place and I don't think I will be living in my Park City home again.... I will be living on my own from now on and maybe with someone else hahah don't take that as anything serious. Well here are the pictures I promise! They aren't that good because I had to take them with my photobooth on my computer because I don't have a cord for my camera. Do enjoy and check my place out! Welcome to Apartment 202!

Perfect right... Apt. 202 that's me!

My Bedroom.. Sleeping Area my window looks out to the Wasatch Mountains

MY BEAUTIFUL 42" LG TV!! Isn't it amazing, I feel like a real adult now that I own a TV with Directv and everything! It is insane in the membrane!

I hope those pictures hold you over!! Things are still in the process, as you can see... I still need an entertainment stand for a TV anyone know of a cute one that will hide all the hideous cords and hold the DVD player and Directv receiver! I am yet to find one I like! Please come and visit I would love it!
But for now....

XOXO, A

what.a.whirlwind

Sorry it has been quite some time since my last post and I apologize. It has definitely been a crazy month with the holidays, family parties, friend parties, work parties, a guy, snowboarding and moving of course! Let's start with Christmas... Christmas couldn't have been any better! Lots of family time, good food and traditions. I love the holiday season, the focus on Christ and all the festivities that take place. I probably saw the lights 4 or 5 times and the last time was the best because it was with a guy that I actually really like and now things are going really well, enough said for right now! I'll just say this it is official and I am twitterpaited, yes twitterpaited!

Next is New Year's Eve! The transition from 2010-2011 was one of the best. The year 2010 was an ok one for me, but things have still been rough the last two and a half years, but I am finally starting to feel like myself again and it is about time, it is refreshing and it makes me smile. Don't get me wrong I still have my hard days, very hard days! Anyways for New Year's Eve I went to this guys brother house, his name is Trevor, and his whole family was there... Brother and Sister, their spouses and all his nieces and nephews! It was the best, I had such a blast. We played lots of games, had dinner and rang in the New Year. It amazed me how instantly comfortable I felt with his family, just a nice fit! New Year's was spent at my house with my family, sledding, eating and of course CHOPPING off the tip of my thumb! Yes I literally chop off the tip of my thumb while cooking dinner. Trevor had to show me how bad it was because I was in utter shock I think. He showed me the tip of my thumb, nail included, on the counter. It bled and bled and bled some more! It was absolutely crazy! I didn't go to the doctor that day, but my mom insisted I go the next day and they wrapped it and gave me some meds. My thumb still hurts, but I think I am pretty tough.

Finally the big move! It is finally over and I absolutely love it! I am pretty much all settled in and things are really coming together. I love being in SLC, besides the inversion, but everything is closer and seems more social for me right now. It feels great to be on my own again and I have decided I have moved a lot. I lived in Logan my freshman year of college, I lived in the avenues my sophomore year of college, then I lived at home for 4 months, moved to Provo during the winter of my Junior year and fall of my Senior year, then back home. I have been at home for a little over a year and it has been absolutely wonderful. I am going to miss the nights hanging out with my parents, going to movies with them and cooking them dinner. I have become best friends with my parents and I wouldn't trade that for the world. I am pretty sure they are going to miss me too! They are my friends and my family, I love them dearly and all their support and encouragement during this time in my life. They have never failed to be there for me. I am also going to miss seeing my nieces and nephews all the time and being 25 minutes away from Lisa and Brooks, but I will still see them all the time I am sure of it! I love my family and everything we do for each other.

It has been a whirlwind of a month to say the least, hopefully it will start calming down and guess what January 26th we leave for Hawaii and I couldn't be more excited. It is the most perfect time to go! I am so excited! Meg, Corbin, Indie and Tosh better be ready!

XOXO A

PS. pictures to come I promise!
