Starbucks -- All You Need Is Love

I am taking a PR Cases and Campaigns class every Thursday 4:30-8:30 (yes a 4 hour class is killer), but last night my teacher showed us this viral video on YouTube created by Starbucks and it made me smile so I wanted to pass it along to all of you! Happy Friday and remember All You Need is Love!

What Do You Think?

So I saw this headband and I absolutely loved it, but do you think I could pull it off? I just don't know!

What do you think? Also I love her shirt!!! Oh the struggles of being a fashionista

The Name of The Game is: Dating

I guess in this time of my life, Dating is the name of the game and can I tell you one thing.... Dating is hard and stressful

I will admit that it has its perks for example: free meals, good company (for the most part), Jazz games (lots and lots of these), laughing, kissing (not every date), movies, hugs, and new friends. It also leads to frustration, wondering, self-doubt, and sometimes a broken heart. I have had my fair share of a broken heart and I can tell you that it isn't fun. That is why I have come to the conclusion that dating, relationships, and marriage are not easy. I already knew this of course, but now that I am dating non-stop it feels like, it has become more of a realization than a stated known fact that I have learned and witnessed. Help me, will I survive this so called game of dating? Any tips on how to survive? Please I love advice and I consider myself a good listener.
Love: an intense feeling of deep affection

Dating: Informal a social or romantic appointment or engagement
There is no where in the definition that says dating is hard. Oh well it is hard, but fun so I guess I will keep doing it, if I have to!

XOXO,

Buzzer Beater To Remember

Thursday night was the night the Utah Jazz played the Cleveland Cavaliers and King James at home. There was a little hope inside of me that maybe they could pull off the win, especially coming off of a 29 point win against the Miami Heat and Dwanye Wade, but there was still doubt. I mean Lebron James is the man the Michael Jordan of this time and he is unstoppable when he turns it on which in fact he did with about 2 minutes remaining in the 4th quarter when the Jazz were up by 6 or 8 points. He brought them back and the Jazz saw themselves down by 2 points with seconds left to play. Passing and creating movement, the newest signed member of the Utah Jazz, Sundiata Gaines was passed the ball and shot for the 3-pointer to decide the game!!! Believe it or not it went in at the buzzer! Sundiata Gaines was only signed to play with the Jazz on January 5th and this is his first NBA 3-pointer, great way to start it off if you ask me. Even though the Jazz usually have me wondering, pulling my hair out, and stressing they mostly come through and that's what makes me an avid Jazz fan. I can never give up on them. Here is the clip of that 3-point shot! Watch it and you will probably watch it again. My Dad and I sat in the living room and of course I was screaming. It was an awesome game!

I Present to you... "The Class of 2006"

As you can see the title of my post is... I present to you... "The Class of 2006"
You may be confused because it is now 2010, not 2006
I titled this post that because it seems like just yesterday I was switching my tassel from one side of my white graduation cap to the other and graduating from Park City High School
Feels like I am just starting college when in fact today
I STARTED MY LAST SEMESTER OF COLLEGE!
Yes that is correct, only one more semester for Miss Ali Knudsen
I will probably have to remind myself of this every time I enter or think about my classes and the fact that
I will not have a Life this semester
and I repeat I will not have a Life this semester!!
Just to let you in on my schedule I will lay it out for you:
I have 19 credits this semester, which ok normally I take 16-17, but 4 of my 5 classes are 5000 level and 4 credits!
I am working 2-3 days a week and doing an internship
Yes I will not have a Life
For some reason I am ok with that because I have made it, I will be done after this and even though I may think that it isn't possible for me to be a real responsible adult come May it is kind of exciting.
Think about it for a second...
For 16 or 17 years it has been school in the fall until summer, then summer break then school. It was a set for sure plan, I will no longer have that. It scares me to death, but it gets my adrenaline going and excites me!

So bring it on, I have made it four years and one more semester is nothing!
So here is to:
To Do Lists (I am obsessed with my lists)
Long nights studying
Long essays and short papers (Which let's be honest at this stage in my college career are a piece of cake)
Class attendance
Class "Friends"
Exams
Assignments
and last but not least Graduation!

Oh to the days where I stood out front of my house to get my picture on the first day of school in my new first day of school outfit, the yellow school bus, recese, school lunches, assemblies, kick ball, PE classes (That are required), Coloring, and so much more! I'll I can say is I am thankful for all my education!

xoxo, A
