Well, well it has been a long time since my last post and I blame all on the busy lifestyle I am enjoying. Things have been cray with work, wedding planning, birthdays, having fun with Trevor and traveling! I will start with the small things....
- Wedding Planning: Things are going well, I think... We only have 62 days left until we get hitched and it seems like we have a lot done, but none at the same time. I am trying to just enjoy it and not get stressed, but being me I can't help it! Oh wedding day can't you just be here already!!
- Work: Work is going well too, I was in New York again this year for a show and helped with our joint partner cocktail party and it went really great! I just hope that I keep getting opportunities to do the things that I am good at.
- Birthdays: There have been lots of birthdays between my family and Trevor's family and it has been fun getting together to celebrate!
- Having fun with Trevor: Trevor and I spend all our time together, well besides when we are working! Liz had a BBQ with some of our friends that I helped with just like old times and it was great for everyone to meet Trev. We went to El Chubasco the other night and it was so good! I have him hooked! We also went on a double date with Liz and Cody to a Real game and that was good, but not so much! It was POURING rain. I was so excited to go with Liz and take Trev to his first Real game and it was horrible! I also had all of our friends well, Trev's friends to start with, up to my house in Park City for a Memorial Day BBQ and once again it was raining so again it stopped us from doing our hike, but Trev and I made kabobs and we all played Cranium it was a blast! We are so blessed to have so many great friends between the two of us!
El Chubbs!!! Mhmmm Chicken Tacos!
Cold and wet Real game!
Making our kabobs in our oh so cute aprons!!
- Traveling: Trevor and I are in Portland and it has been a blast, a non-sotp blast and the weather has been great! I have never seen anywhere so green besides the jungle in Bolivia and I honestly thing Oregon is greener. We have been hiking to waterfalls, gorges, view points and more! You literally drive 5 minutes and you are surrounded by green vegetation, it is hard to explain the beauty! I have also met a ton and more people! Greshman is a small community just like Park City and I have loved meeting everyone that Trevor grew up with! Thursday was spent with Trev's friends and I met Jim, Trev's dad, for the first time and his fiance Suzie! I absolutely love them. Friday we went hiking just the two of us and to my first bridal shower, which was great! I got some great gifts and was able to chat with everyone, Saturday we went to downtown Portland to the Saturday market and shopping. Honestly Portland is the most quiet and mellow city I have ever been in! There is something about cities that I love! I love all the different people (Portland has very different people), all the varieties of food and cultures in one place and of course the shopping! We had a blast. Saturday was also Miles (Trev' best friend) and Kesley's open house since they were married in Idaho Falls and again I met lots and lots of people! Today we were able to go for a drive to 3 waterfalls and a gorge it was mellow and fun! We also went to Jim and Suzie's for dinner and I was able to meet Trev's grandma Winnie! Overall our trip has been great, busy, but great! I loved being a part of and seeing where Trev grew up! It was fun to see where he played baseball as a kid and the house that he grew up in! I have a special place for Greshman in my heart now because it gave me Trevor!
